Why write a blog about books?
Mostly because I've amassed a fair number of book reviews over the years and would like somewhere to put them. They take up even more space than that elephant in the room.
Why write book reviews?
Mostly because I need a way to vent after reading a book, and also because I usually forget how I felt about the story and would like my past self to save me the trouble of rereading the awful ones.
Why do the thing at all?
Because if I don't do it now, I never will, and shall spend the rest of my life screaming words into the void. Better to scream them into the internet. Will freak out less if something screams back.
